I have always loved school: as a child, teen, undergrad and grad student. It is no surprise that I have spent over 27 years as an educator. I was born and raised in Texas, but have lived and travelled all over the world, searching for connections with education at each destination. Living in Whitehorse, Yukon with my family for the last 13 years has given me the opportunity to pour my considerable energy into projects I have real passion for. Working with Run for Life and the Sparks Fly program has been a joy and I plan to continue working with them for as long as I can!
